Keeping in touch
For each project we appoint a designated contract manager backed up by our fully staffed office, equipped with all the modes of communication you would normally need, so it’s easy for you to track progress.
Maintaining quality standards
Our procedures manual for window and general cleaning conforms to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. A full review was completed in 2010 and changes implemented. We hope to achieve recognised accreditation by the end of 2015.
Insurances
We hold Public Liability insurance up to £5m and Employer’s Liability insurance up to £10m. This can be raised if you wish, so please let us know if you need increased cover.
Our background
F&G Cleaners Ltd was incorporated in 1975 as a private limited company. We now employ over 40 members of staff, all trained to meet our exacting quality standards, and we have access to pool staff to cover any unforeseen absences, illnesses and holiday periods.
